IMI gathers evidence of calls for genocide from Russian propagandists

October 25 – Oksana Romaniuk, executive director of the Institute of Mass Information (IMI), urged citizens to collect evidence of Russian propagandists’ calls for genocide of Ukrainians during an interview with Radio NV.

It is important to track all instances of these statements quickly as Russians have begun to delete content from online platforms. These statements will be vital to produce in court to collectively identify the propagandists calls as genocidal. Romaniuk said that cases will be analyzed by a working group of international lawyers, media experts, and law enforcement agencies.
