Internews’ Partner Detector Media and Ukraine’s Military General Headquarters Sign Memorandum
March 7 – Detector Media and Ukraine’s military general headquarters signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation. According to the memorandum, representatives from Detector Media and the general headquarters will organize joint media and educational events on the topics of public relations and communication with media.
In particular, Detector Media experts will help implement courses for military employees about specific media activities and ways the military can cooperate and interact with media while following international journalism standards and current Ukrainian legislation. Joint activities under this memorandum will not cost Ukraine’s military forces anything.
The memorandum was signed by Natalia Ligachova-Chernolutska, the head of Detector Media, and Lieutenant Colonel Bohdan Senyk, chief of the public relations department for Ukraine’s military forces.
