Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Announces Tender for Broadcasters to Serve Temporarily Occupied Crimea and Territories of Donetsk and Luhansk Regions
April 22 – At a press briefing in Mykolaiv, Oleksiy Reznikov, Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, announced a tender for broadcasters to serve audiences in Crimea and the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The total amount for the procurement is 50 million hryvnia (US$1,785,714), with an expected average amount of four million hryvnia (US$142,860) per project selected.
Reznikov added that the tender procedures will be conducted through Prozorro, the open electronic data public procurement system of Ukraine. The deadline for submission of tender applications is May 8, 2021. The start of the tender auction is May 11, 2021.
According to Reznikov, the goal is to provide residents of the temporarily occupied territories with information that is important for their everyday lives, as well as content focused on Ukrainian culture.
