Russians destroy Ukrainian mobile phone communication towers in Kherson region
November 7 – Russian occupiers blew up communication towers for Ukrainian mobile phone operators in at least two villages in the Kherson region. Russian occupiers have been sending SMS messages to Kherson residents using Russian mobile service operators. They allege that the Armed Forces of Ukraine plan to carry out a massive artillery bombardment of civilian infrastructure. In addition, intelligence reports mass looting throughout communities on the right bank.
