Russians film propaganda videos in temporarily occupied territories

February 24 – Deputy Minister of Defence Hanna Maliar reported that the Russians have been filming documentary-style propaganda videos in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, with content that justifies their actions and attempts to discredit the Ukrainian Armed Forces. She wrote on Telegram that some videos had been filmed in Kherson region at civil infrastructure facilities that had been shelled by Russians. The videos blame Ukrainian Armed Forces for the destruction. Other videos depict groups of local schoolchildren seemingly showing support and gratitude for Russian occupation.
